Symptom
When viewing videos on iPod touch or iPhone, the picture may appear with one or more of the following:
- Dark or black spots
- Video is very dark and looks like a negative image
- Dark colors look like film negative
- Black areas appear oversaturated to the point of being reflective
- Black areas appear to shimmer

Solution
Use iTunes to update your iPhone or iPod touch to the latest software. See this document if you need assistance.
If you have the latest update, turn the device off and back on again.Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds
